Mike is a professional development consultant; he's been helping accounting firms gain more 'A' clients since 1999 and covers all aspects of what you might call, soft skills training. Mike lives in Hamilton, is married to the love of his life (Natalie) and in his spare time provides sports psychology to NZ's fastest motocross riders. David is an entrepreneurial accountant and director of CA firm Baker Tilly Staples Rodway (Waikato). David uses his taxation background to provide strategic advisory services to his corporate agriculture and multinational clients as well as the numerous boards for which he acts.

David is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, is a frequent presenter on topics including property and business related tax issues, structuring, the use of Limited Partnerships, QC/LAQCs and look-through companies. David has also presented at the New Zealand Law Society's Rural Conference on Limited Partnerships.

David lives in Hamilton, is married to his soul mate (Melanie) and enjoys the rich tapestry that their three children provide on a daily basis. In his spare time you'll see David enjoying working on his lifestyle property or (when he gets a leave pass from Mel) racing his Subaru WRX around the local saloon car track.

Alex hails from Germany and has a unique combination of skill sets that make him ideal in support of an accounting firm wishing to dramatically increase their client advisory services.

In his own time, Alex co-operates an animal sanctuary, practices mindfulness and explores psychology out of personal interest.
